The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) invites applications for the direct recruitment of Assistant Professors across ESIC Medical Colleges and PGIMSRs in various specialties.

Fees

For UR / OBC / EWS candidates: ₹500/-

Age limit

Maximum 40 years, with relaxations:

+5 years for ESIC/Govt. employees
+5 years for SC/ST
+3 years for OBC
+10 years for PwBD (where the post allows)

Payment Method

Fees must be paid via Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of “ESIC Fund Account No. II”, payable at the respective city of the application submission.
DD should be attached with the application form before submission.

Eligibilty

Qualifications:

Medical Specialties: MD/MS/DNB + 3 years teaching experience in a recognized institution.
Dentistry: MDS + 3 years teaching experience.
Non-Medical Subjects (e.g., Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry): Master's + PhD + 3 years teaching experience (per NMC regulations).

Salary Details

Pay Level: Level-11 (Rs. 67,700 – Rs. 2,08,700) plus Non-Practicing Allowance (NPC) as in Central Health Service.

Selection Criteria

The selection will be based on:

Interview (100 Marks) – Conducted by ESIC Selection Board.
Evaluation of Academic Record & Experience – Marks given based on qualifications, teaching/research experience, and publications.
Final Merit List – Prepared on the basis of interview performance + academic/experience weightage.
