Selection Process

The selection methodology will comprise of:

  1. Shortlisting of eligible candidates based on prescribed norms.
  2. MCQ-based Computer Based Test (CBT) to assess General Aptitude, Awareness, Reasoning, English, and Technical Knowledge. The CBT will have 100 questions (40 Technical, 15 each for Reasoning, Aptitude, English, General Awareness) to be completed in 60 minutes.
  3. Shortlisted candidates based on CBT merit will be called for Personal Interaction and Document Verification.

Syllabus

The syllabus for the CBT exam includes:

  • Reasoning: 15 Questions
  • Aptitude: 15 Questions
  • English: 15 Questions
  • General Awareness: 15 Questions
  • Technical Discipline (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): 40 Questions
  • All questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) based.
