Educational & Technical Qualifications

You must meet all of the following:

Minimum Education: You must have passed the Intermediate (10+2) examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/Institution.
- Note: Candidates who have completed a 2-year ITI course (NCVT/SCVT certified) or a 3-year Polytechnic Diploma are generally considered equivalent to having passed the Intermediate level.
Stenography Skill: Must possess adequate knowledge and skill in Stenography (Shorthand), including the ability to take dictation.
Typing & Computer Knowledge: Must have Computer Typing Skills (both Hindi and English) and a basic knowledge of Computer Operations/Word Processing.

Nationality

The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
Candidates with a Bihar Domicile receive reservation benefits and age relaxations as per the State Government rules. Candidates from other states may apply but are usually considered under the Unreserved (UR) category.
