Educational & Technical Qualifications

You must meet all of the following:

  • Minimum Education: You must have passed the Intermediate (10+2) examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/Institution.

    • Note: Candidates who have completed a 2-year ITI course (NCVT/SCVT certified) or a 3-year Polytechnic Diploma are generally considered equivalent to having passed the Intermediate level.

  • Stenography Skill: Must possess adequate knowledge and skill in Stenography (Shorthand), including the ability to take dictation.

  • Typing & Computer Knowledge: Must have Computer Typing Skills (both Hindi and English) and a basic knowledge of Computer Operations/Word Processing.

Nationality

  • The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

  • Candidates with a Bihar Domicile receive reservation benefits and age relaxations as per the State Government rules. Candidates from other states may apply but are usually considered under the Unreserved (UR) category.

Exam Pattern & Syllabus
