The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB), Bhopal, under the Directorate of Skill Development, Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment Department, is conducting the ITI Training Officer Recruitment Selection Exam 2026. This recruitment drive is for various trades of Training Officers and is exclusively for the native residents of Madhya Pradesh. The examination will be conducted in two shifts:

Fees

The application fee structure for the recruitment examination is as follows:

  • For SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD Candidates (Only for M.P. Domiciles): ₹250/- per application

Age limit

The minimum age for all posts is 18 years. The minimum and maximum age will be calculated as of January 01, 2027.

Maximum Age Limit Relaxation for M.P. Domiciles:

  • Open Competition (Direct Recruitment for posts outside PSC purview): 18 to 40 years.
  • SC, ST, OBC, Government/Corporation/Board/Autonomous Body Employees, City Soldiers, Persons with Disability, Women (Unreserved/Reserved): 18 to 45 years (5 years relaxation).

Note: Live registration in the Madhya Pradesh State Employment Office is mandatory for all candidates.

  • Ex-Servicemen: Allowed to deduct the entire period of their service, provided the resulting age does not exceed the maximum age limit by more than 3 years.

If a candidate is eligible for age relaxation on more than one ground, they will receive the benefit of relaxation based on the maximum benefit from any one ground. The maximum age limit, including all relaxations, will not exceed 45 years.

As per MP Government Servant (Superannuation Age) Amendment Act 2011, the superannuation age is 62 years.

Payment Method

Candidates can pay the application fee and portal charges using the following methods:

  • Online through MPOnline Kiosk: Candidates can visit an authorized MPOnline Kiosk, fill out the form, and pay the fees in cash to the Kiosk operator.

Candidates currently in their final year of the prescribed academic/technical qualification are not eligible if their results are not declared by the last date of application. 50% of the total posts for Training Officer (Post Code 01 to 09) will be filled by Engineering Degree/Diploma holders. The salary for the Training Officer posts will be as per the 7th Pay Commission, along with approved dearness allowance and other allowances sanctioned by the Government of Madhya Pradesh from time to time.
