Important Notes:

  • Candidates from outside Rajasthan (other states/Union Territories), belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS categories, will be treated as General Category candidates for this recruitment and must pay the General Category application fee.
  • Candidates who have already paid the One-Time Registration (OTR) fee previously are not required to pay it again.

Age limit

As of January 1, 2027, candidates must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 40 years.

Special Age Relaxation Note: The Board previously calculated age as of January 1, 2023, for the Combined Direct Recruitment-2022. Since no recruitment has taken place after that, all candidates will be granted an additional 3 years relaxation in the maximum age limit.

  • Health: Candidates must be in good mental and physical health and free from any mental or physical defect that might interfere with the efficient performance of duties. A medical fitness certificate will be required.
  • Character: Applicants must possess good character. A character certificate from the head of the last educational institution attended and two character certificates from responsible persons (not relatives) issued within the last six months will be required.

During the probation period, a fixed monthly remuneration will be payable as per the State Government orders. After successful completion of the probation period, candidates will be entitled to the minimum of the pay scale (Pay Matrix Level) of the respective post along with other allowances as per rules.

Selection Criteria

The selection process for Laboratory Assistant and Junior Laboratory Assistant posts will primarily involve a written examination. The key aspects of the selection criteria are:
