Age Relaxation:

As of January 1, 2027, the minimum age for applicants is 21 years and the maximum age is 40 years.
Age relaxations will be applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

Eligibilty Criteria

Section	Requirement
Educational Qualification	Master's Degree: Master's Degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant subject from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
	NET/SLET/SET: Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or CSIR, or a similar test like SLET/SET.
	Ph.D. Exemption: Ph.D. degree holders (as per UGC regulations) are exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
	Language & Culture: Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
Final Year Students	Eligible to apply but must possess the required qualification by the last date of application.
Health	Candidates must be mentally and physically fit and free from any disorder that may hinder their duties. A medical fitness certificate will be required.
Character	Candidates must have a good character, attested by their last educational institution and two responsible persons.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on a written examination conducted by the Board. The exam will consist of two papers:

Paper I: General Studies of Rajasthan (60 questions, 75 marks, 1 Hour)
Paper II: Subject concerned with the post (120 questions, 300 marks, 2 Hours)

Total Marks: 375

Note:

A minimum of 36% marks in each paper and 40% marks in aggregate is required for eligibility. (Relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates).
There will be negative marking (1/3rd deduction for each wrong answer).

Paper I: General Studies of Rajasthan (History, Geography, Art, Culture, Economy, Polity of Rajasthan)
Paper II: Subject concerned with the post (As per the specific discipline applied for)
