Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 40 Years

Age Relaxation:

An additional 01-year relaxation in the maximum age limit is provided compared to the previous advertisement (dated 01.01.2025) due to the change in the age calculation basis to 01.01.2027.
Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.

Eligibilty Criteria

Educational Qualification	Candidates must hold a Degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grant Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
Appearing Candidates	Candidates who are appearing in the final year of their qualifying examination are also eligible to apply, but they must provide proof of acquiring the required qualification before the Mains Examination.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Personality/Viva-Voce test.

The Commission may use scaling, moderation, or normalization methods for evaluating answer sheets.

Preliminary Examination:

Objective Type

Subjects: General Knowledge & General Science
Duration: Three hours

Main Examination:

Descriptive/Analytical Type
Four Papers: General Studies-I, General Studies-II, General Studies-III, General Hindi and General English (200 marks each)
Duration: 3 hours per paper
