Eligibilty Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  1. Degree in Law (Professional) or integrated Law Course from a University established by law in India.
  2. Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani dialects and social customs of Rajasthan.

Candidates must have acquired the essential educational qualification by the last date of application.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through a competitive examination comprising a preliminary examination and a main examination. The marks obtained in the preliminary examination will not be counted towards the final selection. Recommendations will be made to the appointing authority based on the merit list of the main written examination.

Note: Scaling/Moderation/Normalization may be adopted by the Commission during the evaluation of answer scripts if required.

Syllabus

Exam Scheme and Syllabus:

The competitive examination will consist of an objective type preliminary examination and a written main examination.

Preliminary Examination:

  • Objective type.
  • 70% weightage for Law subjects.
  • 30% weightage for Hindi and English proficiency.
  • Marks obtained in the preliminary exam will not be counted for final selection.
