A total of 60 vacancies have been announced for the Grade ‘B’ Officer posts:

  • Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) - General Cadre: 40 vacancies
  • Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DEPR Cadre: 10 vacancies
  • Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DSIM Cadre: 10 vacancies

Selection Process

Selection will be based on a multi-stage process:

  1. Phase-I Online Examination (Objective Type): Tests include General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning.
  2. Phase-II Online Examination: Consists of three papers for General Cadre (Economic and Social Issues, English Writing Skills, General Finance and Management) and specific papers for DEPR/DSIM cadres.
  3. Interview: Candidates shortlisted from Phase-II will be called for a personality assessment and interview.

The final selection will be based on the aggregate marks obtained in Phase-II examination and the Interview.

How To apply

  3. Find the advertisement for 'Grade B Officer Recruitment 2026' and click on 'Online Application Form'.
  4. Complete the 'New Registration' process by entering basic details.
  5. Upload scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per specifications.
  6. Fill in all the required details in the online application form.
  7. Validate and save the application, then proceed to upload documents.
  8. Review the application form carefully and click 'FINAL SUBMIT'.

Required Document

Salary Criteria

Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ₹78,450/- per month in the pay scale of ₹78450-4050(9)-114900-EB-4050(2)-123000-4650(4)-141600. In addition, they will be eligible for Special Allowance, Grade Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, Special Grade Allowance, Learning Allowance, and House Rent Allowance as per rules. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments (without HRA) are approximately ₹1,54,936/-.

The Bank may consider granting up to four advance increments to candidates possessing very high academic or professional qualifications/experience of significant value to the Bank.
