Eligibilty Criteria

Position	Educational Qualifications	Experience
General Manager (Inventory)	B.Pharma/M.Pharma/MBA Material Management/MBBS/Engineering degree with PGDM in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Operation Management.	Minimum 7 years of experience in Health Sector handling logistics and supply chain management with MIS system.
General Manager (IT)	BE/B.Tech in Information Technology/Computer Science Engineering/MCA with at least 50% marks.	Minimum 10 years of experience in handling IT functions in a senior managerial capacity, with at least 5 years of experience handling government projects.
Manager (Procurement- Drugs and Consumables)	B.Pharma/M.Pharma/MBA in Pharma Mgmt./MBA or PGDM in materials management/MBA or PGDM in Public Procurements.	Minimum 6 years of experience in the health sector, with 3 years in procurement of medicines/kits/drugs, tendering, bill processing, and vendor management.
Manager (Finance)	M.Com or MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA).	At least 5 years of experience in Public Sector Companies/Corporations/Statutory Bodies, with at least 2 years in the Government Health Sector/State Government/PSU/M.P. Government Undertakings/Central Government.
Manager/Divisional Coordinator	B.Pharma/M.Pharma/MBA.	At least 5 years of experience in the Health Sector. At least 3 years of service in MP Government/PSU/Central Government, working on an analogous post or equivalent scale.
Divisional Manager	B.Pharma/M.Pharma/MBA with at least 50% marks.	Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement of drugs/quality assurance of drugs/pharmaceutical store management.
Consultant Procurement	B.Pharma/M.Pharma/MBA or PGDM in Materials Management/Public Procurement with at least 50% marks.	More than 3 years of experience in the health sector, with 2 years in procurement of medicines/kits/drugs, tendering, bill processing, and vendor management.
Logistics Consultant	Engineering degree/B.Pharma/M.Pharma with PG Diploma/Degree in Materials Management/Inventory Management/Logistic Management/Operation Management.	Minimum 3 years of experience in public procurement and supply chain management, with 2 years in the health sector.
Human Resources (HR)	Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full-time MBA specialization in Human Resources (HR).	Minimum 7 years of experience in Public Sector Companies/Corporations/Statutory Bodies, with at least 2 years in the Government Health Sector.
MIS-Developer	BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/BCA.	Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Public Sector Companies or Government organizations.
Legal Officer	Graduation in Law from a recognized University.	At least 4 years of experience in the field of law.
Finance Consultant	M.Com or MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA).	Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Sector Companies/Corporations/Statutory Bodies.
Bio-Medical Engineer	BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering/Medical Technology/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.	At least 4 years of experience in handling Medical Equipment, Instrument & Furniture (EIF).
Divisional Bio-Medical Engineer	BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering/Medical Technology/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.	At least 4 years of experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Medical Equipment, Instrument & Furniture (EIF).
Bio-Medical Consultant	BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering/Medical Technology/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.	At least 4 years of experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Medical Equipment, Instrument & Furniture (EIF) in Govt. Sector.
MIS-Data Manager	BE/B.Tech. in Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Science/AIML or MCA.	02 years’ experience in Data Base System Management.
Pharmacist	B.Pharma degree OR D.Pharma degree OR M.Pharma degree. Must be a registered pharmacist.	B.Pharma: Minimum 4 years of experience. D.Pharma: Minimum 5 years of experience. M.Pharma: Minimum 3 years of experience.
Office Assistant	Graduate in any discipline. Valid CPCT Score Card. Minimum one year diploma course in computer application.	At least 2 years of post-qualification experience as a Personal Asst./Asst. Cum DEO/Similar posts.
